Abstract:   Today, USA still leads the world of HPC and EU countries are also tightly coupled especially for foundation and budget/resource sharing as a European community, not just as each country. On the other hand, Asian countries still continue research or business individually, or just loosely coupled peer-to-peer collaboration. In this panel, we like to discuss on wide aspects on the idea of collaboration for resource/budget/idea/expertise/ and personnel sharing in the Asian region for HPC research and business.
