Dr. Christian Simmendinger

T-Systems Solutions for Research

Christian Simmendinger has studied Physics at the Universities of Munich, London and Stuttgart and received a Ph.D in Theoretical Physics in 1998 from the University of Stuttgart. In 1998/1999 he worked as a PostDoc at the VU Amsterdam and in 1999/2000 as a Senior Researcher at the University Carlos III, Madrid. In 2000 he joined Debis Systemhaus, the service organization of DaimlerChrysler (which was later aquired by T-Systems). Today he is employed at T-Systems Solutions for Research as a Senior System Architect. His main area of interest is High Performance Computing in all of its aspects.
